Rate photos
This page allows a visitor to rate photos that are stored
in the database. The photos are chosen on a random basis. The rating
is based on the 5-point scale. Next photo automatically loads after
a user rates the current one. Once the photo is rated it is shown in
a separate block along with profile information and the user may both
see results of his and of combined search and read profile information
and click to see the profile.

Private photos
Photos password protection functionality might seem difficult
to understand. To avoid confusion, let us take a look at this example.
Let's imagine we have two members Betty and Tom. Betty has uploaded
4 additional pictures to her profile. Pictures 1 and 2 should be publicly
available and pictures 3 and 4 should be password-protected. Betty selects
"My Profile" from the main menu and clicks the "upload
photos" link in the sub menu. This page allows uploading photos
and setting them to be password-protected. After Betty uploads a photo,
in the photo control cell appears a checkbox "Private photo".
If Betty clicks this checkbox, this photo will be available to those
members only who know the photo password set by Betty. If Betty clicks
checkboxes for photos 3 and 4, only these photos will be password-protected.
Photos password is set in the "My Profile" panel in the section
"Private password". Also note that below the password field
there is a radio button field that allows choosing requests notification
mode. In case Betty chooses "Notify Me", she will receive
a notification message every time somebody requests her photos password.
Now let's imagine Tom looks through Betty's profile and after clicking
the "more photos" link wants to see photos 3 and 4 that are
protected., Tom will see pictures 1 and 2 and instead of pictures 3
and 4 password a submission form will appear. If Tom does not know Betty's
photos password, he can submit a request for the password by clicking
the "Submit request" button.
After that in the Communicator section of Betty's account there will
appear a new record with a "grant password" link on the right
side of the "Private photos passwords" section (Tom will have
a new record appearing on the right side of the "Private photos
passwords" section - with a note "not granted"). If Betty
clicks the "grant password" link, the note "not granted"
for Tom will turn into Betty's photos password. If Betty changes the
password, Tom will see the changed password. If, for some reason, Betty
wants to deprive Tom of her password, she can click the checkbox next
to Tom's nickname in her communicator and click the "Cancel password(s)"
button.
